Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through our website are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)
